Quick answer HighLevel is built around agencies: each client gets a sub-account, you can template setups, white-label the app and rebill usage. Starter (US$97/mo) caps you at 3 sub-accounts; Unlimited (US$297/mo) removes the cap (checked 4 Nov 2026).

Sub-accounts

One per client: separate contacts, pipelines, calendars and automations.

Snapshots

Save a client setup as a template and load it into the next account.

Rebilling

Pass phone and email costs to clients; markup is on the Founder/Pro plan.

White label

Clients see your logo on the desktop web app.

Source: gohighlevel.com/pricing, checked 4 Nov 2026. Monthly prices are from HighLevel's FAQ on that page; annual prices from the plan cards. Usage-based charges (SMS, calls, email, AI) are extra.

Under 3 clients: Starter. 4 or more, or you want to rebill usage: Unlimited. Selling HighLevel as your own software (SaaS Mode) or marking up usage: Founder/Pro.

How I run client accounts

I keep each client in its own sub-account and start new ones from a saved setup rather than from scratch, then adjust it for the business.

What to watch

  • Usage fees per client can surprise you if rebilling isn't set up.
  • Paid add-ons are charged per sub-account.
  • Expect to spend time on your first snapshot.
